The Wine Dark Short Film Festival (WDSFF) is the first London-based film festival dedicated to mental health and neurodiversity. Founded by 3 Mediterranean filmmakers and actors, the festival aims to showcase the often-unsung voices in our industry.

Our first event will be presented in collaboration with The Space Theatre on October 6th 2024. We’ll be announcing our selections of short films over the next few weeks.

Tickets are available to book here now:

Full day pass - £18, Concession Day Pass - £15

13:00-16:00 screenings

18:00-21:00 screenings + award ceremony

Our full screening schedule will be announced on the 24th. Two of our industry judges, casting assistant Ana Duarte and screenwriter & director Mark A. C. Brown, will be holding Q&As and film talks. This will be an incredible opportunity for new filmmakers to connect with like-minded creatives and network.

Food & goody bags will be provided for all ticket holders. The venue of The Space is fully accessible, and the screenings will be relaxed to accommodate for neurodivergent guests, as well as captioned with subtitles.

The awards presented at the end of the festival will include categories for Best Short, International Film, Best Disability and Neurodiversity Narratives and more.

This festival is kindly supported by Final Draft, Coverfly, Cinquecento Pizzeria Chelsea, Film Fatales, TripleC, 6 Ft From The Spotlight and ADHD UK.
